This section contains the forms necessary for gaming and non-gaming suppliers to make application for regulatory approval in order to conduct business with KRGC regulated casinos.  The KRGC’S Licensing and Security Division conducts corporate background investigations of suppliers and certain designated supplier employees.  Suppliers are responsible for expenses, fees and costs incurred by the commission in performing these investigations.

Prior to making initial application for regulatory approval, contact should be made with the KRGC Licensing Division in order to determine specific submission requirements and the amount of the background investigation deposit.
