Sports Wagering Exclusion Program

The Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission (KRGC) administers the statewide Sports Wagering Exclusion Program for problem gamblers. This program provides problem gamblers with a method to acknowledge that they have a gambling problem and to take personal responsibility for it by agreeing to not engage in sports wagering in Kansas.

What happens when you enroll:

• Disables all active sports wagering accounts
• Prohibits the creation of new accounts
• You must complete your exclusion period
• You will not be removed prematurely

Follow these steps to enroll in the Sports Wagering Exclusion Program:

You will need two items:

1. Completed Exclusion Form – Download the Sports Wagering Exclusion Form
2. Photo of your ID – Take a picture or scan your driver’s license or other government-issued ID that includes your photo

⚠️ IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND THESE DOCUMENTS THROUGH EMAIL. Email is not a secure channel for your personal information!

When you have both documents ready, email Garrett.Rogers@ks.gov at the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission to inform him of your request for exclusion.

You will receive two separate emails:

1. First email: A confirmation receipt of your request and a password to access the secure webpage
2. Second email: A link to the secure upload webpage (Serv-U)

Follow these instructions to upload your documents using the secure Serv-U file transfer system:

1. Access the secure page: Click the link in Garrett’s Serv-U email
2. Enter your password: Use the password provided in the first email
3. Select your files: Click the browse/upload button to choose files from your computer
4. Upload both documents: Make sure to upload:
   • Your completed Sports Wagering Exclusion Form (PDF)
   • A clear photo or scan of your government-issued ID
5. Confirm upload: Wait for confirmation that both files have been successfully uploaded
