Regulations

Racing and gaming statutes establish broad guidelines that govern how racing and gaming must be conducted.  However, the legislature delegated to the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission the authority to establish rules and regulations to implement and enforce the statutes.  Below are current regulations.  Periodically, these regulations will be amended to accommodate changes in the industry.  Anytime amendments to the regulations are proposed, the draft amendments will appear below under Pending Regulations.
